Lieu-dit: “Les Mottelettes”, a 60-year-old Chardonnay vineyard in the heart of Bouzy’s Grand Cru vineyard, produced by massal selection. This wine expresses itself in an assertive, generous style, with notes of citrus and white fruit. Les Mottelettes were aged in barrels, corked for the foam, and spent 4 years on the lees before disgorging.

| Tasting | A powerful, aromatic pure Chardonnay. Its bouquet evokes candied lemons, grapefruit and citron. On the second nose, aromas of white fruit (pear and fresh quince) are followed by fine, complex notes of pastry. On the palate, it's a champagne with lovely tension, citrus notes, elegant yet powerful, with a full mid-palate. The finish is long and ethereal, even crystalline, with an iodized, salivating finish that lasts for long seconds. |
