Hints of vanilla and sweet spices complete the complex aromatic range of this wine. In the mouth the attack is pure with very elegant creamy notes. The floral notes detected on the nose are found on the palate to give flavours of acacia honey. The heart of the tasting is intense, full and fleshy. Hints of pear, red fruits and spices are intertwined. The mineral texture reflects the exceptional terroirs that make up this blend. The perfect balance of the finish is underlined by a delicate note of blood orange. Apanage Blanc de Noirs is a delicious accompaniment to a tapas-based aperitif. It will also be enhanced by a wide range of delicacies during the meal, such as risotto with white truffles, roast poultry or Japanese tempura.
