Description
This champagne is an expression of the terroir of Cuchery and of its maker: frankness and generosity. This is a rare vintage, made exclusively from the 2014 harvest, with only 274 copies produced. Worked in barrels with handles and low dosage, the wine expresses a terroir beyond a vinification style.

| Tasting | The nose is surprising with notes of citrus, spices, roasted coffee and fine wood. The attack in the mouth is frank, with notes of fresh almond, orange zest and candied lemon. In a second phase, the minerality of the soil appears, with its own salinity and an empyreumatic touch punctuated by a light vanilla scent. The length in the mouth is remarkable. This champagne is best paired with langoustine, or any white-fleshed fish. |
