Description
Heri-Hodie (from the Latin Yesterday and Today) is composed of 90% Pinot Meunier from the Réserve perpétuelle, matured since 1995 in stainless steel vats, combined with 10% Pinot Noir matured in small Champagne barrels and made from selected old vines (marked in gold on the label representing Vrigny’s vineyard register). Its low-pressure foaming gives it an incomparable finesse of bubbles.

Tasting | Fresh, extremely fine, expressive and round nose with notes of candied white fruit (apple, pear), butter and brioche. A well-balanced palate where we find amplitude associated with buttered, toasted and greedy notes. Beautiful aromas of apricot and ripe pear are concentrated on a finish marked by freshness and minerality. In case of thirst! At any time of the day, it's easy and effective. |
