Description
L’Hommée is “a magic word that binds Man to his Land and to his past”. An ancient agrarian measure used in the past in Champagne, the Hommée represented the surface area that a man could work in a day in the vineyard, i.e. approximately 3.33a (333m2). Cuvée from the terroirs This Champagne, vinified in small Champagne barrels, is aged for 5 years in the cellar. It is the most emblematic and historic wine of the domain, marked in gold on the label representing the wine register of Vrigny.

Tasting | A nose with a lot of finesse and fat on subtle aromas of soft butter, brioche on which aromas of kirsch, cherry, raspberry, flowers, spices and vanilla develop. On the palate the wine is precise, balanced, very fine and light. A return to the aromas, a good feeling of fatness combined with a lot of salinity and a generous, round and supple finish. It's really good! Perfect as an aperitif, it will enhance a fine fish or poultry dish. |
