A very fine and intense nose, aromas of delicate flowers (acacia), candied fruit (quince, stone fruit, plum), pastry (butter, brioche) and toasted aromas. On the palate, it is round, greedy, with a beautifully ripe fruit that expresses itself generously but with a lot of freshness. Citrus fruits are also revealed on the finish, accompanied by a delicate acidity. A mature Champagne… really delicious. The length is remarkable for a total pleasure.
