Exclusive fidelity for this cuvée from 4 lieux dits: Chatel, Biaune, Tirmy and Fonnet. Winegrowing of the highest standard in biodynamics (certified since 1998), you will find in this wine, made in an artisanal and natural way, the expression of Pinot Noir coming from clay-limestone soils of the Kimmeridgien, more similar to the soils of the Chablis region than to those of Champagne. Neither fined nor filtered, long maturation in oak barrels, fermentation with indigenous yeasts brings to this Champagne vinosity and a beautiful chalky sensation.
