Description
A lodge stands on the hillside overlooking the Marne River, named “Les Pissottes” (small springs). Built in 1880 by our grandfather Jules Goutorbe de Vaucelles, it holds many secrets and memories of days spent in the vineyards. Around her, our 60-year-old Pinot Meunier vines give birth to this Coteaux champenois rouge.

Tasting | This is a fine, velvety, intense wine, tinged with notes of black cherry and blackcurrant, whose aromas have been enhanced by barrel ageing. A truly successful hillside that gives great pleasure. Leave the wine to open for a few minutes and it will be at its best with a fine piece of beef. |
