Produced from a parcel of 60-year-old vines “En Val des Saults” at an altitude of 320, this hillside wine is made by maceration of 30% whole bunches with 70% destemmed bunches. Aged in casks for 16 months, it is neither fined nor filtered. A beautiful coteaux, just the way we like it!
