Description
This cuvée is a blend of two parcels (“Les Devoix” in Merrey sur Arce and “Val Moré” in Bar sur Seine) located on the confluence of the Seine and Arce rivers, in the Côte des Bar region. 5% of the wine is vinified in oak barrels; the juices come exclusively from “cœurs de cuvée” and are aged for 45 months in the cellar.
