A plot of pinot noir, “Val Moré” in Bar sur Seine. Juices exclusively from cuvées, malolactic fermentation carried out in stainless steel tanks and 5% in oak barrels with blocked malolactic fermentation. It benefits from 55 months of cellar ageing.
